December 31, 2007   Valora now actively servicing clients in 27 US states, and District of Columbia.
 
December 5, 2007   Valora upgrades its facility to accommodate over 5 million paper and electronic pages per week. Original "5 Year Plan" accelerated by 2.5 years.
 
November 30, 2007   Valora welcomed customers from former competitor, Cypher Coding of Chicago, IL. When Cypher closed its doors, Valora absorbed close to 50% of Cypher's customers, as well as several ongoing projects.
 
November 1, 2007   Valora again selected as prime vendor for MA Attorney General's Office to provide document processing services on "Big Dig" family of litigation matters.
 
October 30, 2007   Valora participates in massive pro bono legal and document processing effort on behalf of the Tennessee Justice Center, which sued the state of Tennessee on behalf of 650,000 children. Valora's V-Lite auto-only coding process reduced the cost of document coding by several hundred thousand dollars, garnering broad industry support and acclaim for our approach.
 
September 4, 2007   Sandra Serkes, Valora's CEO, is selected to speak at prestigious IEEE forum on "Accomplished Entrepreneurs."
 
August 31, 2007   Valora launches new service for Near-duplicate detection. Valora is the only provider of such services to detect and mark near-duplicates across paper and electronic documents.
 
June 19, 2007   Valora begins billing projects under the US Department of Justice Mega 3 contract vehicle. Over 15 unique projects transition over to new contract.
 
May 31, 2007   Valora works with United States Department of Energy to help bring enormous Yucca Mountain public information database into compliance for record tagging. Over 4 million documents are processed at Valora's secure facility.
 
May 22, 2007   Valora Appoints Wynn Grubbs to newly created Vice President of Sales & Marketing position. Mr. Grubbs has over 20 years of high growth sales experience and joins Valora with a strong background in technology-enabled services.
 
April 30, 2007   Valora is once again selected as strategic provider of document coding, unitization and data tagging services for the United States Department of Justice. Under the new Mega 3 contract, Valora will provide these services to the US DOJ for up to 6 years, starting in June.
 
February 15, 2007   Valora teams with TechLaw Solutions of Chantilly, VA to offer joint services to the US government via GSA Contract Schedules 36 (Office, Imaging and Document Solutions-Office Equipment Products and Services, and Document Management Products and Services) and 70 (General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software, and Services).
 
February 6, 2007   Sandy Serkes is a panel speaker at Other People's Money: Financing Options to Grow Your Business, sponsored by The Commonwealth Institute and The Capital Network.
 
January 20, 2007   Valora earns prime contractor status with the United States federal government via the Government Printing Office (GPO) Simplified Purchase (SPA) program. Under this contract vehicle, state and federal customers can order document processing services directly from Valora via a web interface.
