On June 4, 2007, the Department of Justice awarded three IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) contracts to provide Automated Litigation Support Services (ALS) to the litigating Divisions within the Department of Justice. These Divisions, listed below, are considered the "Primary Users" of these contracts and each has an individual(s) designated as a Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) for each contract. The Civil Division is designated as the "Lead" COTR organization.

Acquisition Services (AS) obtains all equipment, supplies (paper, software, etc.), and services needed by the GPO from outside sources to accomplish the overall mission of the agency. In addition, AS provides authorized support for other Federal agencies, for printing, scanning and imaging, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), indexing, document destruction and other services pertaining to physical paper. Bid requests under GPO have a $100,000 maximum value limit.
