Sandra E. Serkes, President & CEO Aaron Goodisman, CTO & COO Alice Richmond, Esq., Board of Directors Ms. Richmond is an accomplished litigator and former President of the Massachusetts Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Governors for the American Bar Association and is a legal analyst and commentator for CBS TV/Boston. In addition to her many contributions to the practice of law, Ms. Richmond also serves on the Advisory Committee on the Arts for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and is a Governor of the Handel & Haydn Society. Larry V. Moore, Board of Directors Mr. Moore is an accomplished CEO and entrepreneur, with particular expertise in early stage software companies. During the 1980's, he co-founded OneSource, the financial data company acquired by Lotus. During his 9 year tenure at Lotus, Mr. Moore served in several roles, including Executive VP of Lotus Notes. More recently, Mr. Moore founded and served as CEO of Bright Tiger Technologies (acquired by Allaire) and Sourcegate Systems. Mr. Moore serves on the boards on several high technology companies. Sally Jablon, Board of Directors Sally Jablon Silver is the founder and CEO of Sally Silver Companies, a staffing services firm specializing in the high technology industry. During the past 25 years, Ms. Silver has developed a reputation for a high level of integrity coupled with a unique knowledge of career issues, industry trends and technical concepts. Since 2001, Sally Silver Companies has ranked among the Commonwealth Institute/Babson College list of the top 100 Women Led Businesses. Ms. Silver is a member of the Commonwealth Institute and serves on the Strategic Planning Committee of the Boston Club, two organizations geared toward the development and success of women executives. |
